BFF: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Today’s BFF: B’s Food Friday, is the hummus recipe I shared on my Good Morning Northland Segment!

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients:

1 roasted red bell pepper (~ 1 cup sliced)

1  15oz can of drained & rinsed garbanzo beans (chickpeas)

2 cloves of minced garlic

1/4 cup tahini

1/2 tsp cumin

juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions: 

Place ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Add water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
