Ingredients
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) reduced-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Baking Cocoa
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 serving vanilla brown rice protein powder
1/2 cup cacao chips
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Line 8-inch-square baking pan with foil; lightly grease.
PLACE ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cacao chips.
BAKE for 25 to 27 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Lift brownie from pan with foil to cutting board. Carefully remove foil.
