Lemon Overnight Oats
Ingredients: (serves 2)
1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup old fashioned oats (uncooked)
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
1 tsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of honey
zest of one small lemon
juice of 1/2 small lemon
1 serving vanilla brown rice protein powder (optional)
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and separate into two 8 oz mason jars. Place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
