Sweet Potato Pineapple Thai Curry – Dump & Go Crockpot Recipe

Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Thai Curry Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 20oz bag of frozen sliced peppers & onions
  • 20oz can of pineapple chunks in juice drained
  • 16oz of sweet potato cubes
  • 2 15oz cans of chick peas drained & rinsed
  • 7oz curry sauce
  • 13oz can of unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions: 
Dump all ingredients in slow cooker and heat on low 4-8 hours or on high 2-4 hours.
