Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Thai Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 20oz bag of frozen sliced peppers & onions
- 20oz can of pineapple chunks in juice drained
- 16oz of sweet potato cubes
- 2 15oz cans of chick peas drained & rinsed
- 7oz curry sauce
- 13oz can of unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions:
Dump all ingredients in slow cooker and heat on low 4-8 hours or on high 2-4 hours.
