I just finished my lunch that included avocado. I LOVE avocado and so many other healthy green foods. I of course also love my “Green Drink” I shared that includes 4 servings of fruits and vegetables.
I was working with a client recently who doesn’t eat many vegetables at all. (No, french fries don’t count.) So I challenged her to eat more and helped her find ways to make it easier.
I’m passing on one of the challenges I gave to her to you and that was to eat something green every day! So for today’s Wellness Wednesday, I’m challenging you to eat something green!
