Happy Friday Angels!
Today’s BFF is Mayo Clinic’s Mango-Salsa Pizza. This lightened version of a classic favorite is perfect for the beautiful weather we’ve been having in Minnie this summer! We’re excited to try this at our house this weekend. If you try it as well, be sure to let me know how you like it! :) Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped red or green bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped mango
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Mix together chopped red or green bell peppers, onion, mango, pineapple, lime juice and fresh cilantro. Spread over a 12-inch prepared whole-wheat pizza crust. Bake at 425° F until the toppings are hot and the crust is browned, about 5 to 10 minutes.
