If you’re on Pinterest you’ve probably seen this Good Morning Yoga Sequence pin. Jennifer Jarrett designed the yoga sequence around this time a year ago. My fellow Bay Area transplant has currently set up shop right in San Francisco leading much sough-after classes, workshops and retreats all over the world.
