There are people who enjoy going around destroying other people.
And then there are people like you.
People whose nature it is to lift others up. To encourage them, support them, love them, care for them and genuinely want nothing but good things for others. People like you who like a FB page like mine.
You didn’t like my page because I’m so insecure and desperate for attention that I post countless half naked pictures of myself. I’m not insecure and much classier than that kind of behavior. You didn’t like my page because I’m offering a chance to win an iPad. While I would love to do that, I simply don’t have that as a promotion to get you to like my page. And you didn’t like my page because I’m a well known celebrity whose life is interesting to follow. Let’s face it. A celebrity I am not. And I’m not about to buy a bunch of fake fans for my Facebook page to make me appear otherwise.
The reason I have a web presence is to serve others. To provide resources, inspiration, motivation and love to help others live a happy, healthy, meaningful life.
The type of person who follows a page like mine, and the type of person who takes the time to express concern and gratitude for other’s well being like you did for me yesterday, is the type of person who makes this world a better place. You.
I already knew this page was made up of wonderful people. That’s why I refer to you guys as ‘The B’s Knees’. But after the outpouring of comments and messages you guys sent me yesterday after the scare we had in my home, I wanted to again communicate just how amazing you are. I truly hope you see yourselves how I see you. Thank you for being you.
