Happy Monday Angels!
While heading out after my workout, someone at my gym told me “You’re always smiling.” I wasn’t sure if it was a compliment or if this person found me annoying. Gasp! I know right?! But I’ve long accepted the fact that my happy pants disposition isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. But that doesn’t stop me from smiling at them. :)
Any who…..this person went on to say they love that I’m always happy and fun to be around. That it made their workout better. I thought, wow….what an easy way to make someone’s day better. By smiling. :)
So for this week’s Inspirational Challenge, your mission is to simply smile at someone today. A genuine smile allows the person receiving it to experience kindness, warmth and happiness. And if by chance you don’t have your smile returned, just remember, it’s better to be the one who smiled, than the one who didn’t smile back. love, b
