Fight Like A Girl was written after a friend Jenny was diagnosed with breast cancer at the young age of 26, while pregnant with her daughter. She gave birth to a healthy baby girl but continued the fight against breast cancer for another eight years. Unfortunately Jenny lost her battle but inspired Bomshel to write a song dedicated to all women giving them hope and inspiration to “fight like a girl”.
