BFF: Oats, Raspberry, & Almond Parfait

Today’s BFF is a protein packed delicious and nutritious parfait courtesy of one my favorite magazines, Muscle & Fitness Hers. It’s full of classics we love and powerhouse foods including greek yogurt, berries, almonds and oats.

This tasty treat could not be easier. Or yummier!

INGREDIENTS (Makes 1 serving)
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats, uncooked

6 oz fat-free raspberry Greek yogurt

1 cup mixed berries

2 tbsp slivered almonds

DIRECTIONS
In a tall glass, layer oats, yogurt, and mixed berries. Top with more berries, and almonds.

NUTRITION FACTS (per serving): 462 calories, 25g protein, 68g carbohydrates, 11g fiber, 13g fat, 1g saturated fat, 0 cholesterol, 74mg sodium
