Cinnamon & Raisin Breakfast Quinoa


I made up a batch of plain quinoa yesterday and decided to have it for breakfast today! Super easy, quick and delicious. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients: Serves: 2

1 cup cooked quinoa

1 small banana

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup raisins

1 tbs slivered almonds

berries of your choice

1/4 cup almond milk


Warm up precooked quinoa. Mash one banana and add 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 cup of raisins. Mix mashed banana, cinnamon and raisins with warm quinoa. Top with slivered almonds, berries, almond milk and enjoy!
