‘Cook Once, Eat For The Week’

Helping you lead a healthy, happy life is the goal of this page. So today I bring you a post about making it easier to eat healthy.

The following was in my Women’s Health Magazine a while ago and is in constant rotation at my house.

These five healthy, delicious recipes can be created from just one trip to the grocery store and cooking once for the week. I do this a lot on Sundays.

Cook Once, Eat For The Week Recipes:

1. Chicken Panzanella Salad
2. Chicken Lettuce Cups
3. Curried Chicken Couscous
4. Chicken Goat-Cheese Quesadillas
5. Roast Chicken with Creamy Polenta and Mushroom Ragout

My favorite of the five is the Chicken Curried Couscous. It is so good! Admittedly I’m a cumin junkie so it’s no wonder that’s my favorite. I once accidentally put cumin on my oatmeal thinking it was cinnamon, and STILL thought it was delicious! LOL So if you’re a curry fan, you’re going to love this recipe too!

I love that these recipes come with a grocery list you can print and take with you. It makes it even easier!

Just a note, I tend to double a lot of the recipes so buy accordingly if you have more people to feed or have a son like me who eats like crazy!
