Question for you….
If a friend talked to you the way you talk to yourself, would you still be friends with them?
We’re often so hard on ourselves, myself included. I want to get better at celebrating the good parts of me more. And I want to invite you to do the same.
I want you to know that I can see the beauty in all of you. I hope you see it too.
