Happy Wellness Wednesday!

Today I’m sharing a video with you that was originally sent to my VIPs in May. In this 5 minute video, I share 3 things I personally do to create moments of mindfulness including:

🔶 Techniques to reduce stress.
🔶 Nightly rituals for better sleep.
🔶 A rather embarrassing, but extremely effective practice I use whenever I’m feeling anxious, stressed, frustrated, or any other emotion I want to shift, that leaves me happy and smiling EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.

I look absolutely ridiculous doing this last one, but I think that’s why it’s so effective. :) And I don’t mind embarrassing myself a little to help others. :)
