Destination Angel: Wellness Challenge – Sleep Well

Happy Monday Angels and welcome to today’s Wellness Challenge: Sleep Well. Even Angels need to sleep right?
If you’ve been following me for a while, you already know this is an area I could improve in. Okay fine, I suck at it. Like, bad. Get to the gym regularly? Yup! I’m good at that. Eat healthy? Check! 7-9 hours of sleep each night? Er, um…well, um….you see I….I…yeah, I never do that. I get up really early every morning and have no problem with that. But cutting off work, winding down and getting to bed at a decent hour? Nope! Not a chance. I’m terrible. I find my ‘FLOW’ as my good friend author Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi would say, when I’m working. I love it. I’d trade sleep for it any day of the week and twice on Sundays. I love to learn, I love to work, and I love to help people. So that’s what I do. At the expense of sleep. Often. But I’m going to get better at that. Starting today. Actually I started yesterday. :)
