B’s Beginner Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

2 cups of raw spinach

1 banana

1 orange

1 cup of water

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Feel free to add more water if you prefer a thinner green drink.

103 Calories, 0.4g Fat, 25.6g Carbohydrates, 2.4g Protein, 15.5g Sugar

B’s Better Than A Milkshake Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 banana

4-5 strawberries

1 tbs all natural, low sodium peanut butter

1/2 cup original, unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup plain, non-fat, greek yogurt

1 serving chocolate protein powder (for tips on selecting a healthy protein powder, Click Here)

5+ ice cubes – Start with 5 ice cubes and keep adding until you’ve reached the desired thickness

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Feel free to add water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
